Privacy
The honest version: I'm one person running a small business. I collect as little as possible, I don't sell anything to anyone, and I don't run tracking tools on this site.
Short version: The only data I hold about you is the email address and name Stripe passes through when you buy. Stripe handles the payment. I don't use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or ad retargeting on this site. No cookies beyond the one that remembers your light/dark theme choice.
1. Who is collecting your data
Commercial Growth Pty Ltd (ABN 72 671 869 298), an Australian business. You can reach me at aj@designbees.com.au.
2. What I collect and why
When you pre-order Claude Mastery, Stripe collects your payment details and your contact email. Stripe then passes your email, name, and order details to me so I can give you access to the course on launch day.
I never see your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers how they handle payment data: stripe.com/au/privacy.
If you email me directly, I keep that email in my inbox so I can reply and keep context on our conversation.
3. What I do with it
- Send you your login and launch instructions on 1 June 2026
- Email you if anything material changes about your order (delay, scope change, refund)
- Reply to you if you email me
That's it. I don't add you to a newsletter, I don't forward your details to any partner, and I don't sell any data to anyone for any reason.
4. Who else sees it
The only third parties involved in your data are:
- Stripe — to process your payment. They are subject to their own privacy policy and PCI compliance obligations.
- My email provider — so I can send and receive email with you.
- My course hosting platform (provisioned closer to launch) — to give you access to the lessons from 1 June 2026 onwards.
If a course hosting platform is added before launch, I'll update this notice with their name. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics companies.
5. How long I keep it
I keep your contact details and order record for as long as you have access to the course, plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes under Australian law (7 years for business records). After that, I delete them.
If you want your data deleted sooner and are willing to lose access to the course, email me and I'll action that.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site uses one piece of local storage: a value called cm-theme that remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode. It never leaves your browser. That's the entire cookie story.
No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No ad retargeting. No session recording tools. No heatmap tools.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you can ask me:
- What personal information I hold about you
- To correct it if it's wrong
- To delete it (subject to the retention period in section 5)
- To send you a copy

8. Security
Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches my systems. My inbox, invoicing, and accounting are protected by modern authentication and encryption. If a breach ever affected you, I'd tell you directly and report it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if the breach threshold under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme was met.
9. Changes to this notice
If I change this notice, I'll update the date at the top. If the change affects something you'd reasonably want to know about — a new third party, a new tracking tool, anything material — I'll email pre-sale customers directly before the change takes effect.
