Terms of Sale

1. Who you're buying from

Claude Mastery is sold by Commercial Growth Pty Ltd (ABN 72 671 869 298), an Australian business based in New South Wales. You can reach me at aj@commercialgrowth.com.au. I'm the only person on the other side of that inbox.

2. What you're buying

You're pre-ordering a founding-member seat in Claude Mastery — Core, an online, self-paced AI fluency program. At launch it includes:

• 6 modules and 34 lessons covering how to actually use Claude for real work
• Industry personalisation — lessons adapt to your role and sector
• AI grading and feedback on your work throughout the program
• Lifetime access to the Core tier you purchased, including any updates to that tier

You are not buying: a qualification, a certification recognised by any external body, ongoing 1:1 coaching, or a refund if you change your mind after access starts. You're also not buying a Claude subscription — you'll need your own (free tier works fine for most of the course).

3. When you get access

Access opens on 1 June 2026. I'll send your login details to the email address Stripe has on file for your order, on that day.

If the launch is delayed for any reason, I'll email you before the original date, explain why, and give you a new date. If the new date doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund under the pre-launch refund rule below.

4. Price and payment

The founding-cohort price is AUD $297, charged once, in full, at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. I don't see or store your card details — Stripe handles all of that.

After 1 June 2026, the same Core tier is sold at AUD $397. The $100 gap is the founding-member saving for buying it before it exists.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

5. Refund policy

This policy is separate from, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its described purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under those laws — regardless of the policy above. Email me if you believe that applies to your situation.

6. Your account and your work

Your login is yours — don't share it. One account per purchase. If I notice shared logins being used by multiple people, I reserve the right to suspend the account.

Anything you write, upload, or submit inside the course (your answers, your work, your projects) stays yours. I don't claim ownership of it. I may look at it, anonymised and aggregated, to make the course better — never to copy or sell it.

7. The course content

The lessons, videos, templates, prompts, and written material inside Claude Mastery are mine (Commercial Growth Pty Ltd). You can use everything in the course to do your own work and build your own business. You can't repackage it, resell it, or post it publicly as if it's yours.

8. What the course can and can't do

Claude Mastery teaches you how to work with Claude. It won't make you an AI engineer, it won't guarantee a job or a promotion, and it won't replace judgement about when AI is the right tool for the work in front of you. Results depend entirely on what you do with what you learn.

Nothing in the course is legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. It's a skills course, not professional advice.

9. Changes to these terms

If I need to change these terms materially after you've purchased, I'll email you first. If a change disadvantages you and you don't accept it, the pre-launch refund rule still applies — you can get your money back in full before 1 June 2026.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in these terms removes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
